Leaving a legacy
Leaving a gift to the Women’s Therapy Centre in your will is a straightforward, easy and cost-effective way to support our work.
The Women’s Therapy Centre would recommend using a solicitor when making or updating your will. However we have prepared suggested legacy clauses for England and Wales to assist you. You may like to take them with you when you visit your solicitor.
The most important pieces of information to include are: our name, our address and our registered charity number:
Women’s Therapy Centre
10 Manor Gardens
London N7 6JS
Registered charity in England and Wales (274520)
1. Residuary legacy
The residue or part of the residue of an estate
Legacy clause wording for England and Wales
2. Pecuniary legacy
A fixed amount of money
3. Specific legacy
A particular gift item
If you would like to add a gift to the Women’s Therapy Centre to your existing will, you can do so by using a codicil. A codicil is a supplement to a will that can make changes or amendments and allows additions to part of that will. We recommend that you consult a solicitor if you are making any changes to your will.
